Membership terms

These terms apply to memberships and visits at SUEDE Studio, run by SUEDE Studio LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. By buying a membership or visit you agree to them.

Founding membership

• $179 a month for unlimited sessions, one a day, limited to the first 50 members.
• Your card is saved at checkout and first charged on opening day. If the opening date moves, your first charge moves with it. If we don't open, you won't be charged.
• The founding rate holds for 12 months from opening. After that it becomes $199 a month for as long as your membership stays continuously active. If you cancel and rejoin later, standard pricing applies.
• There is a three-month minimum from opening day. After that you can cancel any time before your next billing date.
• Includes your first session and one guest pass a month. Guest passes don't roll over.

Other memberships and visits

• Monthly memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Before your first booking you must pass the safety quiz in the app. At your first session you must watch the welcome and safety video and confirm in the app that you watched it.

Booking and cancelling

• Cancel free up to 12 hours before your session.
• Members pay $15 for a late cancel and $20 for a no-show. Your first late cancel is waived.
• Single visits lose the session on a late cancel or no-show.

Using the studio

• You must be 18 or older and sign our waiver before your first visit.
• Door codes are for your booking only. Don't share them. Each person needs their own account and waiver.
• Wipe down your reformer after each session and follow the safety video and the safety guide. Report any damaged equipment in the app before using it.
• We may suspend a membership for unsafe behavior, code sharing or damage to the studio.

Payments are processed by Stripe. To cancel or update your card, email hello@suedestudioclt.com.
