How it works
From the app to the reformer
Everything runs through the SUEDE app and a text message. The only visit with a person there is your first one.

Sign up in the app
- Download the SUEDE app and create your account.
- Sign the waiver in the app. You can't book until it's signed.
- Choose a membership or a single visit. Your card is saved securely. Founding members aren't charged until opening day.
- Safety
Learn the reformer in the app
- Read the short safety guide in the app: getting on and off, setting the springs, the footbar and the straps.
- Answer five quick safety questions. Get one wrong and we'll show you the right answer.
- Booking unlocks as soon as you pass.
- First visit
Your first session
- Your door code arrives by text ten minutes before.
- Your first session is $30, which is $5 less than a regular session. Free for founding members.
- Start with the welcome and safety video on your room's screen, then tap to confirm in the app that you watched it.
- Then a one-time, 10-second equipment check in the app: springs, straps, footbar and how you feel today. After your first class you just walk in and start.
- Pick an easy class on the screen, like Foundations, and take your time.
- Every visit
Book, enter, move
- Book a room and a time in the app, for a 50- or 25-minute session.
- Your code arrives ten minutes before and works for the front door and your room only.
- Pick your class on the screen, then wipe down the reformer when you're done.

Bringing a friend
Book the duet room with two reformers side by side. Your guest gets a text link to sign their own waiver before their code works.
Socks and water
There's water in every room. SUEDE grip socks and bottles are in each room and at the front desk: scan the QR code on the tag and pay by card.
If you need help
Every room has a help button that reaches a real phone. The entrance is monitored, and your code only works for your booking.
Cancelling
Cancel free up to 12 hours before. After that it's $15, or $20 for a no-show. Your first late cancel is on us.
