- Guided, not on your own. Classes play on your room's screen from professional instructors, by level and length. A help button in every room reaches a real phone.

Questions founding members ask
When am I charged?
Your card is saved at checkout and first charged on opening day, December 1. If the opening date moves, your first charge moves with it. If we don't open, you won't be charged.
What happens after twelve months?
Your rate becomes $199 a month for as long as your membership stays continuously active. If you cancel and rejoin later, standard pricing applies.
Is there a minimum?
Three months from opening day. After that you can cancel any time before your next billing date.
I've never done reformer Pilates. Is this for me?
Yes. Before your first booking you read a short safety guide in the app and answer five quick questions. At your first session you watch the welcome and safety video on your room's screen. Start with a Foundations class. Your first session is free for founding members.
Is there really no instructor?
Not in the room with you. Your classes are guided on screen by professional instructors, and you choose them by level and length. Someone is usually on site from 11am to 4pm for questions, and the help button reaches a real phone any time.
What if something goes wrong when I'm alone?
Every room has a help button that reaches a real phone. The entrance is monitored, your code only works for your booking, and nobody can walk into your room.
Can I bring someone?
Founding members get one guest pass a month. Book the duet room and you'll each have your own reformer. Your guest signs their own waiver first.
