At your first session you watch the welcome and safety video on your room's screen and confirm in the app, so you know how to get on and off, set the springs and use the footbar and straps. Start with a Foundations class. Your first session is $30, and free for founding members. If you want help in person, stop by between 11am and 4pm.

Not in the room with you. Your classes are guided on screen by professional instructors, and you choose them by level and length. Someone is usually on site from 11am to 4pm for questions, and the help button reaches a real phone any time.

Book the duet room and you'll each have your own reformer. Your guest signs their own waiver by text link first. Founding members get one guest pass a month.
