The program

SUEDE Studio LLC sends two kinds of text messages, and you agree to each one separately.

Account and booking texts

When you add your mobile number in the SUEDE app and tap “Text me a code,” you agree to receive texts about your own account and bookings: door codes, booking confirmations and reminders, schedule changes, and account notices. These texts are part of using the studio. If you opt out, you can still get your door code in the app.

Optional promotional texts

Opening news and founding-member updates are sent only if you choose them by ticking a separate, optional box (for example, on our website’s waitlist form). That box is never pre-ticked, and it is not needed to join, book or buy. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your bookings. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@suedestudioclt.com.

Privacy

Your consent to receive texts is given directly to SUEDE Studio LLC. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy for details.
